Sour Cream is good in Mashed Potatoes as well, so I would think that the cream cheese would be too??

you can you this without milk
Mashed potatoes just ooze comfort, but oh the guilt: they’re usually loaded with butter, and carbs.
Here is a healthier-for-you but totally delicious vegan version that delivers some cruciferous cauliflower along with pure potato pleasure, without dairy or a lot of extra calories.
Your kids won’t even know the cauliflower is in there--but they’ll ask for second helpings.
INGREDIENTS
3 large potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1-inch chunks
1 1/2 cups cauliflower florets
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
Vegetable broth as needed
Salt and freshly-ground black pepper to taste
1. Place the potato chunks in a saucepan filled with cold salted water and bring to a boil. When boiling, add cauliflower florets, return to a boil and cook, partially covered, for 20 minutes, until potatoes and cauliflower are very tender.
2. Drain potatoes and cauliflower, add olive oil, and gradually add vegetable broth to moisten, mashing with a potato masher or processing in a food processor until creamy and fluffy. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
Serves 4-6.

heat together chicken broth if you have it or a small amount of water if you don't with your cream cheese and an ample amount of butter. Don't boil it just heat it enough to blend it together and then add it as you mash your potatoes. Add a touch of garlic powder if you have it.
Next time, use a small amount of chicken broth, sour cream and butter with a touch of garlic. Never use milk - milk actually lessens the potato flavor. Always blend your ingredients with low heat before adding to your mash.

Butter and cream cheese will make a really rich great tasting mash. I would recommend to save a little of the water the potatoes were boiled in to thin it out so it isn't so thick or gummy.

That's all you need: 6 large potatoes, mashed and add butter and lots of sour cream till consistency right. Also good if you use French onion chip dip instead of sour cream.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU5PI
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Mash the potatoes, add as much butter as you want (taste it as you add butter to see how much). Add salt and pepper.
For an extra touch you can add a spoonful of cream cheese on top when serving it.
