I have tried the thousand island salad dressing and pickle relish. It just doesn't taste the same.

Big Mac Sauce
1/4 cup KRAFT Miracle Whip
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 heaping tablespoons WISHBONE deluxe French salad dressing (the orange stuff)
1/2 tablespoon HEINZ sweet relish
2 heaping teaspoons VLASIC dill pickle relish (Heinz dill relish also works)
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon dried, minced onion
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon ketchup
1/8 teaspoon salt

Mix everything very well in a small container. There better be no streaks! Microwave 25 seconds, and stir well again. Cover, and refrigerate at LEAST 1 hour before using (to allow all of the flavors to "meld").Makes nearly 1 cup...enough for about 8 Big Macs.

1/2 cup mayonaise
2 tablespoons of French dressing
4 teaspoons of sweet pickle relish
1 tabkespoon of finely minced white onion
1 teaspoon of white vinegar
1 teaspoon of sugar
1/8 teaspoon of salt

1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well.
2. Place in a covered container and refrigerate for several hours, or overnight, so the flavors blend. Stir the sauce a couple of times while the sauce chills.

Makes about 3/4 of a cup.

It's 1000 Island that they get from the distributor. I used to be able to duplicate a Big Mac with the 1000 out of the salad bar.

that is referred to as "particular sauce" or perhaps as it could be comparable to thousand island dressing, they declare that it's not ... yet I certainly believe that it really is their version of thousand island (mayo, ketchup, appreciate, seasonings) and they deem it "particular sauce". It can't be bought or stumbled on everywhere except on the McDonald's huge Mac
