I'm making boneless skinless chicken breast, marinating it in balslamic vin. and lemon juice. I'm putting bits of garlic in a sliced part of the chicken. I know that much is healthy... but I'm putting it in a roasting pan for an hour. Is that okay? Whatever juice comes out, can I spoon it back on top of the chicken? Is that still healthy? Does it sound good?

My girlfriend is japanese and often maskes sushi and sashimi. She has been on holidays for two weeks now and I'm getting hungry.

To be honest I've cut the goldfish up to cook it but Im getting a bit squeamish now. I've got half of the head off but it doesn't look as tasty as it did.

Should I try a little bit? Fish has a lot of protein doesn't it?

Also does anyone know where I can get another Goldfish in galway?

Someone once served me a cheese sandwich baked in the oven instead of fried on the stove. Has anyone else ever done this? What temperature should I set the oven and how long should I bake it if I want to have the cheese fully melted, the center soft, and the edges crispy, but not burned?

To tell you the truth the chili is already in the crock pot, but It's the same recipe that I have made for last two years and want some pizzazz thrown in. It's going to be served in bowls I'm baking from bread and will hollow out for the chili. I'm looking for something really ethinc!!!! African Zigni or South American ....whatever. I have all kinds of stores to choose from so I can get whatever anyone suggests.

I am making a pumpkin pie out of freshly cut up pumpkin, and I need a good recipe, one preferably without evaporated milk, or if possible, a substitute for Evaporated Milk. I have no heavy cream or anything, all I have for dairy is some 1% milk.

Does anyone know af any sites that i can enter ingredients that i have in my kitchen and it will give me a recipe for something delicious?

Remember this is the opposite of what you usually do, instead of choosing a recipe and then getting the ingredients, i have the ingredients and would like ideas of what to cook :)
