in your cooking? For me, I like simple meals. Rice and tomatoes is one of my favs. I put rice in a pot and cook it. Open a can of tomatoes and wala! dinner!

I love to take a recipe and tweak it, or else invent my own combinations. If I were doing your rice and tomato recipe, I'd probably experiment with different kinds of spices, meats, and veggies until it was something completely different!
I learned to cook when I was little because my mom was a paraplegic and I could help her. I've been cooking for a lot of years, and being creative is what's kept me from getting into a rut.

absolutely! your dinner idea works with macaroni too! I love the seasoned tomatoes, garlic or stewed tomatoes. Yummy!

well, if I have something to start by, I can add to it and make up something that will be good... I don't think that I could go with just rice and tomatoes..

How about chocolate flavored baked chicken (using chocolate syrup mixed with stuffing and stuff it in the bird, then bast the bird in the final 30 minutes. Yummy!
