normally i always use dried yeast, but iv'e had to buy fresh, can anybody tell me the best way to use it? thank you

Probably in the recipe you're using it will say either fresh [do this] or easy bake [on tin]

2 tsp of dried is about 1/2 ounce of fresh, you need to "prove" it in some warm water (about 32c) with a little sugar for 10-15 mins, if it starts to bubble or froth a little its working, then just add that as part of whatever liquid you are using.
fresh is better tasting than dried, I always bake with it.

mix it with a pinch of sugar it breaks it down to a liquid then use the same way as dried yeast

Dilute in warm water until dissolved just as you would dry. It is actually easier to use, personally, than dry because it "melts" or dilutes faster.

Throw it away and stick to dried.
