I LOVE THEIR SALSA! It my favorite kind. Really good as a salad dressing. Yum!!!

This may not be the salsa you wanted it is extremely difficult to find the others at this point.
El Pollo Loco's Avocado Salsa
1 ripe avocado
1 jalapeño, stemmed, quartered
1 cup water
1 Tbs white distilled vinegar
3/4 tsp salt
2 Tbs minced fresh cilantro
2 Tbs diced onion
Combine avocado, jalapeño, water, vinegar and salt in a food processor. Puree the mixture for several seconds on high speed, or until jalapeño is finely minced.
Pour mixture into a medium bowl. Stir in cilantro and onion. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
This recipe yields 1 1/2 cups.
