Hi,
try putting some butter snap biscuits into cup cake tins put in oven for a few minutes til soft then with a spoon push down in the middle of the biscuits causing a cup shape. then allow to cool.
buy a tin of carnation milk caramel fill biscuits with this and put a piece of pineapple or strawberry on top. done and tasty too. also chop kababna into circles get some funky coloured mini pickle onions and cubed cheese and put them on a tooth pick. Also for a lovely fruity idea you could chunkly dice some pineapple strawberries, grapes watermelon or orange and tread these pieces colourfully on a skewer for fruit kebabs yummy!

Taco salad!
Make the meat like you would taco meat. (you know with the 99 cent seasoning package that you get in the isle with the mexican food.) Put it in a bowl. Add ranch dressing, chedder cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatos, cool ranch doritos, and anything else that you may prefer in your tacos. (onions maybe?) Just stir it up and serve with some doritos on the side.

Its cheap, it tastes great, it's easy, and it's a winner amongst young people.

You could also just do the make your own taco thing, which I love, now that I am older. (I don't even eat meat...so this is a great alternative for someone like me.)

Roll refrigerated biscuits to 3" rounds; drizzle with melted butter or margarine, then top with thinly sliced Cheddar cheese and ripe olives. Place on greased cooky sheet. Bake at 400* - 10 minutes, or until cheese melts and bubbles up.

"Disappearing Fruit Dip" - 2 cups

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese; softened
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon peel

Assorted fresh fruit

In a mixing bowl, beat all ingredients (except assorted fresh fruit) until smooth. Serve with fruit (grapes, strawberries, etc.). Refrigerate leftovers.

"Nacho Snack Mix" - 4 quarts

4 cups Crispix
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can crisp cheese ball snacks
3 cups corn chips
2 cups pretzel sticks
1 cup cheese-flavored snack crackers
2 tbsp. taco seasoning
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup butter; melted

In a bowl, combine first five ingredients. Spread in two ungreased 15x10x1" baking pans. Combine taco seasoning, oil and butter; pour over cereal mixture and toss to coat. Bake at 200* for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. Cool. Store in airtight containers.

"Spooky Joes" - 8 servings

2 lbs. ground beef
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed tomato soup; undiluted
1 tsp. onion salt

8 slices cheddar cheese

In large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the soup and onion salt; heat through. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Spoon about 1/2 cup onto the bottom of each bun.
Cut cheese slices with 2 1/2" Halloween cookie-cutters; place over beef mixture. Serve with bun tops on the side.

Take those flat flour tortillias and spread cream chees on them then layer with thin shaven ham or beef slices - add olives or any kind of garnish you like don't forget some seasonings like pepper and seasoning salt... then rol them up and slice into little bite size pinwheels- easy and good!
You can layer any kind of things you would usually do for a sandwich! and one package of tortillas goes a long way!

make a pasta salad. It can be served cold or at room temp. Basically you can add whatever you want to it.

I usually use pasta noodles, cheese (I use 2 different kinds and cube it), sweet pickles (cut op into small pieces), cut some pepperonies, salami, and I use Italian Dressing and toss.pretty simple. Have fun at your B-Day party!

you really don't have to make something if it is low key. tonight my friends came over to have pizza and cake for my birthday and we ordered pizza, put some chips in bowls on the table, ate birthday cake and hung out.
