As we all know, the Chinese regard fish heads, ducks' tongues and chicken feet as delicacies. I believe sheeps' eyes are a delicacy in Saudi Arabia. My cat loves fishes' eyes too.

So has anyone tried an eye or two (I don't mean unintentionally as in a hamburger).

I made salsa, and I added red crushed peppers. I apparently got too much in it. Is there anything I can add to tame it down a bit, or is it a lost cause. I don't know if there is a chance i can add more tomoatoes to make it milder. Stretching it out ....I would prefer not to do that, if I can avoid it.

Small birds (eg quails, baby chickens, duckling etc.) are delicious. What others? Sparrows? Starlings? Thrushes? Robins? Blackbirds? Wrens? It seems a pity to waste them when my cat brings them in.

Do you usually have homemade from scratch meals, fresh bread, real mashed potatoes, salads that didn't come out of a bag - or packaged food - KD and Tv dinners, recipes for things that include a can of condensed soup????
Do you open a real cookbook and plan a meal ... or throw a frozen pizza in the oven , and wash it down with chocolate milk?

There is no more turkey left. Can you suggest a casserole or something? We have already turned the giblets and potatoes into a stew with wine and onions.

I have a lot of fresh broccoli to use up, I want to do broccoli, pasta, maybe mushrooms. I have frozen meatballs, and frozen boneless pork. The meal has to have meat (hubby is meat & potatoes all the way), I lean towards meatballs, and I prefer a one-dish meal. I have most staples to mix up some sort of sauce...what sounds good?

I am not crazy about cream sauces or pesto, but if you have a good one, i will try it. I love cilantro and it has great benenfits.

Does coriander taste the same as the leaves?
