Sorry, the only recipe I have requires some water too - if you use just vodka, it doesn't work out

INGREDIENTS

* 4 cups white sugar
* 4 cups water
* 3/4 cup instant coffee granules
* 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
* 4 cups vodka

DIRECTIONS

1. In a 3 quart saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in instant coffee, and allow to cool.
2. When cool, stir in vanilla extract and vodka. Pour into clean bottles. Close bottles tightly, and store in a cool dark place.

Store for at least a week - pretty good

But, there are off-brands of coffee liqueur that are so much better. "Stock" makes one - and I'm not sure you save all that much by making your own.

Good luck to you

You'll notice that the recipe calls for 1 quart of water and 2 1/2 cups of vodka - if you just use vodka for your only liquid it's going to be horribly strong......but if you insist that would be 6 1/2 cips of vodka......
