As we all know, the Chinese regard fish heads, ducks' tongues and chicken feet as delicacies. I believe sheeps' eyes are a delicacy in Saudi Arabia. My cat loves fishes' eyes too.
So has anyone tried an eye or two (I don't mean unintentionally as in a hamburger).

Well Mrs Mole, I got to tell you that in my country of origin (Venezuela) we make a fish soup and normally we use the head and the tail of a snapper.
In my house, my mom and I, when the soup is done, the fish becomes very tender and the head bones just falls apart so we suck the juices of those bones and of course the eyes. Let me tell you that they taste very good!!!!!!!!!!!!!
