How long can you keep frozen ground beef. I know you can't defrost it and then freeze it again, but how long can it stay frozen and still be okay?

Not sure of the year of the cookbook, but the recipe is not in any current Better Homes and Garden Cookbook or any I have found at the library. I believe the egg foo yung recipe was listed exactly as that. It contained cabbage, bean sprouts, celery, and green pepper. It included a sauce recipe. This is my huband's favorite recipe, and I have lost it. My cookbook fell apart and I operated from the loose page, knowing I should have attached it to something. Procrastination is an awful thing. Tomorrow is my husband's birthday and he always requests this recipe. I know I may be too late here and will have to punt tomorrow, but I would still like the original recipe, if possible. Thank you.

I am in college, and it seems like I cook at eat the same old stuff. I would like to make healthy (and tasty!) gourmet meals but I often find that I do not know where to look, or lack the creativity to put something together from ingredients off the shelf. Is there a good collection I can find in bookstores, or perhaps you all might have some good recipes?

I'm looking for some really yummy recipes for some main dish salads. I would like a healthy salad that doesn't have tons of creamy dressing poured on.

I have marinating in white wine and lime juice right now, should I broil it, put it on the barbaque, or just bake it? When stateing a methoid make sure you say for how long, like broil for 10 minutes and then turn over for another 10 minutes. Also what elce to add to the marinate.
