350F
most of the time, when in doubt, 350 is the magic number
bake until the cheese is melted and bubbling, and the crust is golden brown; if you're looking for an exact time, that would depend on whether or not your oven is calibrated, what size the pizza is, how thick your topping layers are, how thick the crust is, whether it's baked directly on the rack or on a pan, whether your oven is electric or gas, whether your oven is conventional or convection, etc, etc, etc
if you can, peek through the window of the oven door instead of opening it as there's a massive amount of heat loss every time you open the door thus prolonging your baking time and thus increasing your gas/electric bill

I make my own pizza dough, bake at 550 degrees F for 10 minutes on a preheated pizza stone and it turns out beautifully every time. Perfect crispy crust and melted cheese.

if you are making pizza from scratch put it all the way up, and until crust looks crispy on the outside and cheese is bubbly. If you are making a store bought pizza just follow the box instructions.

350 F and the time depends on how thick is the crust. If your crust is very thin, it would take 25 mins, if it is thick baking could take 30-40 mins.
