My OH only likes "basic" food. I am fed up with Spag Bog, chilli, curry, egg and chips etc etc....He doesn't like pork or lamb, nor fancy stuff as he see it!!
Any ideas for dinner tonight? I have turkey brest, beef joint, beef mince and cod in the fridge!?

I am presently working in Kuwait and I don't have a clue what the numbers mean that are on the oven's temperature dial. The dial starts at 50 and then goes to 200 , and a few more dots it says "MAX". My wife who is stateside doesn't have a clue either. Could someone help me convert the thing to farenheit, please?

I'm looking for a good food chat room- most ive visited have been exclusive and don't talk about food at all- does anyone know of a good place where you can talk with other industry professionals or just exchange recipes?
If not, how do you create a chat room and would anyone like to take part?

Thanks

I can't remember well, but is it true that you can put chopped fruits (like a slice of banana) in lemon juice so it won't brown? If not, give me some ideas to prevent browning or just any idea that's good in the kitchen for 10 pts.
