1 1/4 pounds lean ground beef
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley or 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
3 tablespoons finely minced onions
1 teaspoon dried leaf oregano, crumbled
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Sauce
2 cans (14.5 ounces each) diced tomatoes in juice
1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
1 cup water
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried leaf oregano, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
pinch cayenne pepper
8 ounces spaghetti, cooked according to package directions
Combine ground beef, parsley, 3 tablespoons minced onion, 1 teaspoon oregano, and 1 teaspoon salt and the 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Blend gently, mixing well; shape into 18 to 20 meatballs.
Broil meatballs about 3 to 4 inches from heat; turn after 5 minutes and broil 5 minutes longer.
In a large saucepan, combine tomatoes, tomato paste, water, onion, garlic, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, and cayenne pepper. Bring mixture to a boil; add meatballs. Lower heat, cover, and simmer for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Remove meatballs and sauce from heat. Chill, remove heat, and reheat, if desired, or serve immediately with hot cooked spaghetti and pass the Parmesan. Spaghetti and meatballs recipe

4 c Hot cooked spaghetti
Mix all ingredients except Meatballs and spaghetti in
3-quart saucepan; break up tomatoes. Heat to boiling;
reduce heat. Cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring
occasionally.Prepare Meatballs; drain. Stir meatballs
into tomato mixture. Cover and simmer 30 minutes

if desired, with Parmesan cheese.

Spaghetti Sauce and Meatballs
Meatballs
2# ground chuck
3/4-cup plain breadcrumbs wet with water
1 1/2 teas. Garlic powder
1 T parsley flakes
1 1/2 teas Salt
1 teas pepper
1/3 cup Romano cheese
1 egg
2 cloves of garlic
Mix very well add a little water if too dry. Shape into 2-inch balls.
Fry in a heavy skillet spayed with Pam.
Added chopped garlic as you fry
when browned add to sauce.
Pour a little water in the skillet and scrape the dripping from the frying pan and add to your sauce
Sauce
2 0r 3 county style spare ribs with bones
2 large cans of Crushed tomatoes ( I prefer Furmanos)
2 cans of Contadina tomato paste
16 oz of water
3 cloves of garlic sliced
2 teaspoons of salt
2 T. Romano cheese
Fresh basil leaves
Fry ribs in a large heavy skillet sprayed with Pam and a little oil. In the meantime start your sauce. Get a large stock pot and spray with Pam. Add Crushed tomatoes, paste and water. Cook on medium heat. Add the garlic and salt. Make meatballs and add to sauce. Don't forget the dripping. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1½ hours. Add the basil and Romano cheese. Simmer another ½ hours. Serve over your favorite pasta

Sorry, there is nothing quick and easy about spaghetti and meatballs. Mine take 5 -6 hours to make so I guess you don't want my recipe.

For the meatball just take some ground round in a bowl and add Parmesan cheese and chop and add several cloves of fresh garlic. and then two eggs and some bread crumb an mix it all together with your hands and form into balls then cook and brown them , salt and pepper .then use the past you prefer and boil it add some salt to boiling water and a little virgin olive oil,then for the sauce use prego three cheese and put in sauce pan add salt and pepper and Parmesan cheese to it and and one small can of tomato sauce then add half a can of water to dilute the sauce a bit and heat and also some garlic , and when the pasta is ready add a couple spoonfuls of pasta over each serving and add meatballs sprinkle more Parmesan cheese over the top .

Spaghetti and Meatballs
Ingredients
1 pound spaghetti
Salt, for pasta water
Meatballs:
1 1/4 pounds ground sirloin
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan, Parmigiano-Reggiano or Romano cheese
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Salt and pepper
Sauce:
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
4 cloves garlic, crushed or chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 cup beef stock
1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
A handful chopped flat-leaf parsley
10 leaves fresh basil leaves, torn or thinly sliced
Grated cheese, such as Parmigiano-Reggiano or Romano, for passing at table
Crusty bread or garlic bread
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Place a large pot of water on to boil for spaghetti. When it boils, add salt and pasta and cook to al dente.
Mix beef and Worcestershire, egg, bread crumbs, cheese, garlic, salt and pepper. Roll meat into 1 1/2 inch medium-sized
meatballs and place on nonstick cookie sheet or a cookie sheet greased with extra-virgin olive oil. Bake balls 10 to 12
minutes, until no longer pink.
Heat a deep skillet or medium pot over moderate heat. Add oil, crushed pepper, garlic and finely chopped onion. Saute 5
to 7 minutes, until onion bits are soft. Add beef stock, crushed tomatoes, and herbs. Bring to a simmer and cook for
about 10 minutes.
Toss hot, drained pasta with a few ladles of the sauce and grated cheese. Turn meatballs in remaining sauce. Place pasta
on dinner plates and top with meatballs and sauce and extra grated cheese. Serve with bread or garlic bread.

spag sauce: 2 cans of tom. diced /tom. paste 1 can/ small onion chopped/ 2 can tom sauce/ 2 teaspoon salt/ 1 table spoon brown sugar/ basil, thyme, rosemary,garlic powder all 1 teaspoon/ cook med. high till spice blends and tom. soften
Meatball: 1 pound on chuck or hamburger mix with 1egg+1 yolk salt and pepper then cook in sauce while sauce is at a boil total time @ 2 hour for home cooked meal

Secret to good meatballs is he spice fennell, taste like licorice, but only use a little because it is strong, & add breadcrumbs from stale or day old french baguette or day old french bread.Sliced mushrooms & lots of fresh garlic in sauce. Mix in cheddar cheesein noodles & sauce.Simple recepie, brown ground beef, add Ragu or prego sauce, Boil noodles 12 minutes, drain watr, add noodles to sauce, ad cheese, serve w/ bread & butter Voila! Bon Apetit! Less than 1/2 hr. & kids will love you, they might even ask you for it again!

they have meatballs already made up and just cook your spagetti and throw it in some spagetti sauce and cover with lots of cheese and your good to go my friend bon appetite
