I was thinking of making a beef soup or something in the crockpot so it can cook for a while and hopefully become tender.

I'm trying to find the recipe for the peanut dipping sauce that Vietnamese restaurants normally offer for their spring rolls.
This sauce normally have some crushed peanuts on top. I know that the base is peanut butter, but I would like to know the rest of the ingredients that are in it.

Not sure if I spelled that right. But it's a homemade side dish. It's like little noodles/dumplings. Looks pretty easy to make. Any unique hand-me-down recipes out there?

When I was younger we made sugar popcorn. You cooked sugar and something and poured it on the popcorn to make a sweet ,clear coating.
Anybody remember this?

I like steak(medium rare), prime rib or sometimes lamb at restaurants. YUMMY! Also try rare beef especially dipping it in seafood sauce with Vietnamese noodle, PHO! It's the bomb!

Just back from Greece & whilst there had fab lamb kleftico, but when I have looked at the recipes they do not seem anything like we had. This was in alot of tomatoey sauce, with potatoes, carrots, feta, and slices of mildish green chillies. Anyone have a similar recipe?

I cook dinner for my family almost every night. I am tired of cooking the same old stuff, chicken, ribs, pork chops, etc.
Any ideas on some creative menu items?

also, if you can post the recipe, that would be great.
