I have never heard that. Check how reliable the book is by doing a little research online. Try taking away all fruits and vegetables from his/her diet for one week, or until the diarrhea stops. Make sure he/she has plenty of pellet food. Also, you can give your guinea pig grass. They LOVE eating grass, so you can actually work it into your guinea pig's regular diet. And, yes, hay is a natural preventative for diarrhea, so see if you can buy some at your local pet store. It isn't expensive, and they do love it. And don't worry. As long as you do the things I mentioned above, your pig's condition will clear up soon. Be patient, and like I said, don't worry.

Are you out of your mind, the guinea pig is already having trouble with digestion so lets throw in something knew that most likely has milk in it so it can really get sick. Take it to a vet. If you do not have the money to do that at lease pull all veggies and fruits and give it 24 hour a day hay with it's pellets to see if it gets any better. The best of luck to the guinea pig.

A small pig (120-150 lbs.) will feed 50 - 100 people. A Larger hog (160-200 lbs.) will feed 100 - 160 people

It all depends on the size/weight of the pig. A general rule is that 11/2 to 2 pounds of uncooked pig will give one medium size cooked portion.

For every 12 to 15 lbs it will serve between 8 and 10 people.

it depends on the size of the pig but if it's even a small one it could feed around 100 people.

Depends on the size. At the pig roast we go to 100 or so people. Big hungry bikers...

ask your vendor. he would be the best person to advise you on the size of the pig you will need for the number of people you expect to be at the pig-pickin'.
