CHOCOHOLICS CHOCOLATE CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
1 (18.25 ounce) package devil's food cake mix
1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
2 cups sour cream
1 cup melted butter
5 eggs
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 10 inch Bundt pan.
In a large bowl, stir together cake mix and pudding mix. Make a well in the center and pour in sour cream, melted butter, eggs and almond extract. Beat on low speed until blended. Scrape bowl, and beat 4 minutes on medium speed. Blend in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 55 minutes. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.

Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake:
1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
1 (16-ounce) package pound cake mix, divided
1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs
Streusel Topping
Stir together chocolate morsels and 1 tablespoon cake mix; set aside.
Beat sour cream, milk, eggs, and remaining cake mix at low speed with an electric mixer 30 seconds or until blended. Increase speed to medium, and beat 3 more minutes.
Spoon half of batter into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch pan; sprinkle morsel mixture evenly over batter. Spread remaining batter on top. Sprinkle Streusel Topping evenly over batter.
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
Yield: Makes 15 servings

MAYONNAISE CHOCOLATE CAKE
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vanilla
Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl. Add the water and beat 1 minute. Add the mayonnaise and beat 1 minute. Add the vanilla and beat 1 minute.
Pour into a greased and floured pan, 13 x 9 inch square for a very high cake. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and chocolate bits for a dandy frosting. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Mayonnaise Cake
"Mayonnaise makes this cake nice and moist."
Original recipe yield: 2 -8 or 9 inch layers.

1 cup white sugar
3/4 cup water
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Whip mayonnaise, white sugar, cold water, and vanilla together until mixed thoroughly. Add flour mixture slowly and beat at medium speed of an electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 to 25 minutes. Frost with your favorite frosting.

2 small spoons of fanilia
3/4 cup of corn oil
2 cups of white sugar
1 cup of juice( may be more)
small amount of salt
Caco ( it depends on you if you want it dark or not)
Directions:

heat the oven at 375F
mix flour+ BikingPowder+salt to gether in a bowl
mix in another bowl egg+ sugar+fanilia ( using the electrical mixer) after mixing well add the oil step by step.
After adding oil and mixing to gether add
2 spoons everytime to the (egg + etc)
After mixing flour step by step
put butter and flour on a cake dish then put the mixture on this dish and put it in the oven and put for 1 hr or until the cake is heating well
