What's left over top sirloin? I don't think it's ever lasted long enough in this house to be left over!
This is a simple recipe, but it's easy. Grab a package of vegetable beef soup starter (the one I use comes in a blue packet -- Wylers, maybe?) and follow the instructions for preparation.
After you add the cubed left over meat to the water and soup starter, toss in a packet of frozen mixed veggies, a large can of crushed tomatoes, and let it all simmer together.
When the meat and pasta are cooked, add onion salt, garlic salt, Worchestershire sauce, and a bit of sugar -- all to taste.
Toss in any left over macaroni or similar pasta if you have some, then serve with a big salad and some garlic bread.

Cut up the steak into large pieces-it will break down as it cooks in crock pot with a cup of tomato juice or tomato sauce and water, chopped onions, chopped red peppers, minced raw carrots and a touch of thyme, mushrooms sliced thin if you like. Cook in crock pot 3-4 hours. Enjoy

Run it through the food processor with some onion and dill pickle. Add salt and pepper and mayonnaise and eat on crackers or as a sandwich with lettuce and tomato.
