nourishment in a can its like a meal replacment shake an can be bought in most corner shops alternatively have lunch early just avoid replacing breakfast with fizzy drinks an sweets there full of stuff your body dont need

Why not grab a cereal bar that should keep you going until lunchtime and then enjoy a good lunch - that way you wont feel as if you have been deprived. Enjoy.

just eat something. i like to eat yogurt with real strawberries with a cherry coke when i dont get to eat at home and im at my office. then a few minutes later, i'll eat pepperidge farm crackers with munster cheese and tea with soymilk.

u can eat a peice of fruit, or even just hav those gouldburn valey fruit things or canned veggies but make sure that u eat a fruit.
