I am presently working in Kuwait and I don't have a clue what the numbers mean that are on the oven's temperature dial. The dial starts at 50 and then goes to 200 , and a few more dots it says "MAX". My wife who is stateside doesn't have a clue either. Could someone help me convert the thing to farenheit, please?

i think ur oven is calibrated in Celcius so converted to Farenheit it should read from 122F (50c) to 392F (200c). Maybe the max temp is around 450F.

To convert metric temperatures (in Celcius), you multply by 9/5 and then add 32. Or to go from your desired temperature in Farenheit, you subtract 32 and multiply by 5/9, and that's your result.
