I'm looking for a good food chat room- most ive visited have been exclusive and don't talk about food at all- does anyone know of a good place where you can talk with other industry professionals or just exchange recipes?
If not, how do you create a chat room and would anyone like to take part?

I would recommend http://www.discusscooking.com The people at their forums are very friendly and they cover a wide range of topics. It seems like an active forum. It's not actually a chat room....it's a forum but responses do come quickly.

u can join or start ur own yahoo groups or msn group...try searching under ur chosen category n m sure there's alot of groups about cooking.......after that u get to chat with some members (provided they're online) n ask for some tips and ideas.....
