No stews please.
Never had leftover wine so I'm at a loss.
Thanks in advance for your ideas!

For some reason, we were given a tub of unpopped kernals. However sweet the gesture, the question now is...what are we going to do with it?

Is there anything you can do with unpopped popcorn that doesn't involved buying an actual popper?

Every time I look up a sauce that will go with chicken, it has wine as an ingredient. Now, I'm not averse to alcohol in general, but I just want something easy to make and I don't usually have wine in. Plus I have to say, I am not overwhelmingly in favour of adding alcohol to food that would be better in a glass!

So does anyone have any suggestions?

I recently began leading cooking parties in women's homes for groups of women. I provide all the recipes, food and instruction as well as do some serving and cleaning up. So far so good! Any ideas on how to add a different twist to these parties? What do you think is a reasonable fee to charge for these parties which run roughly 3 hours?

The market was having a sale on all watermelons for $3.99 ea. Some were small, round and had a shinny dark skin while others were large, egg shaped and had a paler green skin. I'm more interested in taste than size, so which should I have picked?

In other countries in Europe, where alcohol is a lot cheaper when bought at supermarkets etc. as opposed to buying drinks in bars, restaurants etc. far more people prefer to stay at home and invite friends round to drink rather than going out. If the price difference between buying booze on-line and going to the pub is significant and you can get next day delivery by buying on-line from abroad, will this affect the amount that you go out to pubs/bars/restuarants

I've just moved into a new neighborhood. Am thinking of throwing a party either in december or January to get to know most of the neighbors. Any suggestion from those who have thrown a party for 50- 70 people? Thanks! :)

Going food shopping tonight so gimme some ideas. Bored with chicken. Here's what I don't eat; cheese, eggs, fish, mushrooms so a cheesy fish, mushroom omlette is out of the question.
