How about a mixed vegetable stir fry, it's cheap and some supermarkets sell the stuff pre packed. Just chuck it in a wok or frying pan for a few mins add a sauce of your choice then give it a min or 2 more then serve.

You can also have something on the side to go with it.

Or you can also make your own lasagna with a cream sauce instead of cheese sauce and serve with a salad and add honey and mustard sauce on the salad.

How about a fruit dish. But fresh fruit and sample a variety ... try some exotic fruits you would not normally but such as papaya and mango, add some banana and pineapple and you almost have a tropical vacation!

Also could try a mixed vegetable stir fry.

If you have a Nordstrom's, or another specialty coffee & tea shop, try the Red Tea selections by the Republic of Tea company. They also have white tea. These are great, and healthier that green tea!
