In other countries in Europe, where alcohol is a lot cheaper when bought at supermarkets etc. as opposed to buying drinks in bars, restaurants etc. far more people prefer to stay at home and invite friends round to drink rather than going out. If the price difference between buying booze on-line and going to the pub is significant and you can get next day delivery by buying on-line from abroad, will this affect the amount that you go out to pubs/bars/restuarants

It will probably increase the amount I drink, as I will still go to my local for a quick drink and to see the familiar faces, but then, when I go home, I will have a nightcap (yeah right)... And it will be easier for me to have friends over as I do now - once a week. We'll all be able to drink more too!

Its amazingly cheaper in England to buy booze from a shop rather than go out. In Tesco you can get 24 cans of Fosters for £10, and considering that each can holds almost a pint, thats roughly 40p a pint, as opposed to £2.50 a pint in the pub.

Even so, people go out. There's a massive social element missing when you drink at home, even with people invited over it'll never match the atmosphere of a pub or bar!

except you're driving, i could advise ingesting previously leaving the homestead, then take yet another shot previously entering the bar. That way you do not would desire to spend lots on the bar. Order a lager and drink slowly.

Nope, I go out for the ambiance and to go dancing with my friends. It's safer to meet new people in a bar than to invite strangers in my home!
