For me there are really two choices and on rare occasion I am able to have both at the same meal
I love a perfectly cooked and seasoned steak
and absolutely go thump thump over a perfectly done lobster !!!

a real chicken and dumplings where the dumplings are firm and the chicken is stripped off the chicken in pieces instead of chopped up into cubes

my favorite is my specialty.....STEAK!! i marinate it over night in soy sauce, garlic salt, and pepper. make sure to flip the steak after maybe 4 hours that way both sides are marinated and nice and juicy....it will turn out soooo good! anyways turn the oven on broil and cook the steak for 10 minutes on one side....after that flip the steak and cook it for 7 more minutes and take it out....that way its nice and tender and juicy!!!

1. spaghetti and meat sauce with italian spinach and garlic bread on the side.
2. chicken and dressing with fried cream corn, purple hull peas, fried okra, scalloped potato's, green bean casserole, and turnip greens. also, cornbread and sliced purple onion!
3. white bean chicken chili topped with croutons!
4. chicken and sausage gumbo with crackers on the side.
5. beef stew with cornbread on the side
6. vegetable beef soup with cornbread on the side
7. bacon, lettuce, onion, and miracle whip sandwich with dill pickle spears and potato chips on the side
8. pork sausage and chopped onion pizza
9. chili with crackers
10. cheeseburger with mustard, pickle, onion, extra onion with french fries on the side
11. bake potato soup with crackers
12. chicken rotel with fried cream corn and purple hull peas on the side

Me personally i like mexican food. its the best food you can eat. especially the taquitos my mom makes. even the mole she makes. you'll love her cooking. o_-
