Chocolate/banana. I keep bananas (chopped) in the freezer. I put about a 1 1/2 cups of banana in my blender (I have a single serving size that makes it right in the cup), fill it up with vanilla soy milk, I add 1 scoop of protien powder & 2-3 tablespoons of Ovaltine. Blend and drink...yummy!
(I'm lactose intolerant so I rarely have a "real" milkshake)

My mom makes a really good chocolate banana milkshake. She uses chocolate flavored protein powder, though. My favorite is chocolate mint raspberry. I love raspberries!!!!
