I'm having a difficult time picking out a wedding dress. All the ones that I love are strapless but my breast are (naturally) way too big! What style or cut would look good on a big bust but slender frame?

I want a small intimate wedding with only CLOSE friends and family. My sisters want to throw me a shower and invite alot of old family friends that I will not invite to my wedding. Is this appropriate?

I was talking to my fiance last night about when he has his bachelor party and requested that there aren't strippers. I'm having a bachelorette party with the girls, and I don't need naked men, or any men, so why should he want random naked women all over him. He says he can't promise anything because his best man is the planner and he may get wasted and who knows where they'll take him, besides "its the last time to do whatever you want" before marriage. I trust him with all my heart, thats one reason why we're getting married, but it still bothers me that he thinks he needs "a last time to do whatever he wants." Is this a normal feeling? I want the guys side and the girls if possible.

........ @ our 10th anniversary reception, after we renew our vows. It must be appropriate in a church fellowship hall, and not too corny, or sappy.Old and New country are both options.

I am planning this wedding from across the country. My BMs all live where I'm getting married. I picked out a dress at David's Bridal almost 6 mos ago, the wedding is in 6 mos and I think they need to go and atleast get fitted as prom season is fast approaching! I've called and emailed them about getting in there and they're just dragging their feet! What do I do?

Our ceremony is most likely going to be in the morning, followed by a light brunch. I'm short and slender, but my boyfriend is extremely tall. Which is best in general, and which is your favourite?

NOTE: Please don't harp on about David's Bridal. Yes, they can have bad service, but I have my own reasons for doing my gown with them.

I originally picked out two styles of dresses for my bridesmaids. I informed the grooms sister of this, and I informed my MOH as well. I talked it over with my mom, the groom, his mom, and my grandmother. They convinced me that I should let each girls choose a different style dress that will fit their body and they will feel comfortable in. I thought this was a good idea, so I let my bridesmaids know. My MOH said she really liked the dress that I choose, and she would like to go with that one. I told her that was fine. I e-mailed the grooms sister and let her know that the MOH was going to wear one of the dresses that I had originally choose. I think she misunderstood me, and she e-mailed me back saying that she really liked that dress too. She said she was going to try it on, and see how it looks on her. Well my MOH tried on the dress today and said she is going to wear that one. What do I do? How can I politely inform my soon to be sister-in-law that the dress has been chosen?

I have recently become engaged and have become very stressed already thinking of wedding plans. I am friends with my supervisor at work, but not great friends. She is always talking about how I am one of the best friends she has ever had, but I don't feel the same bond towards her. We don't hang out much outside of work, just occasionally afterwards. When I announced I was engaged at work then she automatically started going into wedding mode and is talking about how she is going to be a bridesmaid. She was laughing this morning telling me how her mother had told her it was rude to assume she was going to be asked and then said her reply to her mother was "Of course I'm going to be, heads would roll if I wasn't, I don't want to have to hurt somebody". I want a large wedding party so my fiancee can include all his close friends and our male family members, but I don't have enough female family only to make it just a family thing.

I'm not planning to do this but I have heard this suggested many times as a way to cut costs. Are there any disadvantages to it? For example, the vendors getting pissed off when they find out they find out it's really a wedding and then giving you bad service because of it, etc? Do they really think that weddings need to cost so much because of a handful of high-maintenance brides and thus assume that everyone is the same way? From what I have seen, family parties are inexpensive but many wedding vendors charge more for wedding "extras" that a regular party doesn't have which they often won't take off even if the bride doesn't want them "because you can't have a proper wedding without it".

about moving your wedding date forward by seven months? im toying with the idea of just getting married with our kids an two witnesses present. im not too keen on receptions as there are family issues that i cant be bothered with. i must also be the only woman on the planet who has decided they do not like the frills and fuss that comes with a wedding. does anyone think this is a good idea?

I am in the process of checking out these new invitations and it is a toss up between the Seal N Send Invitations(which are much easier) and the Regular Invitations.
If I decide to order the regular invitations, what do I need to purchase? They have all these things listed with the invitations that come with it.
Examples: The Invitation, Outer Envelope w/ printed return address for invitation, Lined Inner envelope for invitation, Reception Folder, Respond Card and Respond envelope Informal Note. What is all of this and what do I need to purchase?
These are not my invitations but I attached a link so you can see what I mean under the invitation and also a link for the seal n send invites.

I got engaged very recently and planned to get married in 2 months. My would be is very nice loving girl.
Prior to marriage, I was in love with my college mate for nearly 2 yrs. But the relationship was fully emotional never intimate phyically. We might have kissed each other a couple of times but never went beyond this. But somehow the relationship did not materialise.
I want to disclose all this to my 'would be' to be absolutely honest in my behaviour. But I am not sure what her reaction would be. I know falling in love is not a sin and I am sure it happens most of us but I am really worried about the kissing thing. I am not sure how she'll take it even though what I see around, it is very common.
Is it also a sin to kiss a girl you love ? Would my 'would be' pardon me...

I have been with my fella for nearly 2 years and we are getting married in July 08. I love him deeply and cannot stand to be apart from him, but he sex does nothing for me. I have a high sex drive and love oral sex (giving and recieving) but he is boring. We only have sex in bed (I love oudoor risky fun), which is a good idea at home as his 2 girls (3&9) live with us.....but never anywhere else. We have sex 3-4 times a wk, but its over in 5 mins with nearly always no foreplay. I have tried everything to spice things up, even sending txts to him at work saying what I want him to do tto me, but no luck. He has never given me an orgasm

Any ideas?? Would you ladies spend the rest of your life with a man knowing you will only have an orgasm if you DIY??

I am 16 years old and I have been going out with this girl for nearly 2 1/2 months now. It is the fastest relationship growth I have ever known. We met on 06/09, she had a bf, we fell in love by 15/09, 1st kiss 22/09, my feelings for her were growing so fast i couldn't control them so we decided to try to take it easy, she dumped her bf. 16/10 we started going out.

Basically, we have grown together so much it is inconceivable that I could spend the rest of my life with anyone else. Our roots have become permanently entwined. We have fought many problems and difficulties already and have decided mutually, that we will be together forever.

Yesterday, we discussed getting engaged. I really really want to, but, I am only 16. She is 17. If we were to get engaged I would receive so many lectures saying that its too soon to commit to anything, that you can't know a person well enough at 2 1/2 months, to make that decision.

I know in my heart that I will be with her forever. Is it too soon?

We're getting married in August and having a very casual rehearsal dinner. What is typical attire for the bride and groom to be?

Links would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

She is having it on jan 5th and she verbably invited me today while we were at work.
Jan 5th is my birthday and we joked around about it being both of our special days but she also said
oh well if it's your birthday i guess you already have plans so it's okay just forget about it
and i said actually i don't have offical plans yet so i'll have to talk with my parents about it

It's kind of far away and i'm not terribly close with her so she wouldn't be upset if i didn't attend
she invited a few people from our work but i don't know any of them too well either so i would know the bride and one of her brides maids and mabye a handful of co-workers

also, if i do attend would i go to the reception too?
i mean she only invited me a few days before the wedding and wouldn't they already have all of the food and seating planned out by now?

if i do go i'm assuming that it would be propper to get her a wedding gift right?
how much should i spend

I'm looking for any place within 30 miles of New Holstein WI to host my wedding reception. We're having just over 200 guests and I would like it to be nice, but not overly expensive. Fond du Lac, Appleton, Sheboygan, Kiel, Chilton, New Holstein, and anywhere in or near those towns will work great!
