I'm helping my brother preparing to ask his gf to marry him. The thing is that we just don't know where to start in figuring out her ring size. He doesn't want me to ask our family how you go about figuring it out b/c he wants it to be a surprise to everyone. Help please, what are some ways we can find out the ring size w/o having me go to her and just asking for it?

i'm engaged to a wonderful women but i'm afraid she maybe pushing herself into the stepmom role to soon.she means well but this drives my ex crazy.for example my gf wants to go to parent/teacher conferences(which i love but my ex hates) with me.my ex is a very bitter vengeful controlling person who made my life hell when i was with her.my gf is totally opposite and i would love her to be involved with my son.the problem is this makes my ex crazy and and i want to do whats best for my son.i have told my gf to back off on the stepmom stuff for now but this has made her upset.she feels i should stand up for her to my ex but i just see it as making it easier for my son by going along with my ex for now.hopefully when she finds a bf things will get better but in the mean time how should i handle this?

My mom and I haven't gotten along in years. My sister told her I was getting married, she called & said congrats. I told her she could attend providing she could behave w/ my step-mother there. Today she showed up @ my home w/a "centerpiece" for the head table. I had told her that I didn't want anything extra for that table and that the venue didn't allow lit candles, blah, blah, blah. She didn't hear a word! It doesn't match my theme or colors and it is poorly constructed (pieces are falling off!) My family says just to bite my tongue cuz it is her way of making peace. I think she hasn't changed a bit and this is just rude! What do I do? I don't want to use the centerpiece but if I don't it will cause another fight! Why couldn't she just listen when I told her I have everything covered?! Is she just being spiteful because I didn't include her in the planning?

Avon buy sell? Do you want to buy Avon at a discount? or know anyone who sells?
I have a ton of various Avon Christmas and bath and body products stocked up from the Christmas Hoildays & I noticed that a few people answering questions here asked where to buy. I have alot !!! &

I have to pay my rep's bill so I need to get rid of some of this. I got huge deals on some of it & not so huge on others of it. If you are looking for anything let me know & I might have it in stock here and can ship to you. I am currently trying to sell it in lots on Ebay 320078726854 is the auction #. I did not know the best way to do it so I offered to let people build their own order??? Pick & choose which items are sent to them.

Does anyone have any suggestions? or know anyone who wants to buy in lots. ??

This would be a good deal for an Avon Rep who is just starting out and wanted to get some items in stock to show her buyers.

I got along fine with my husband's family until an argument broke out btwn me and his sister. His parents and her fiance sided with her bc she's a spoiled brat. She ALWAYS behaved above me and I sucked up to her (WHY? Insecure?). After a few months of arguments, mother in law apologized and we talk. Husband talks to father in law, I don't. Neither of us talk to sister in law. It will cost 5k to go to her wedding, we'll have to take our vacation time for this, have major jet lag and we stopped enjoying their company. I would go for the sake of his parents and so he wouldn't regret anything down the road but 5K for a totally unenjoyable experience? She wouldn't do the same for me, 100%. If it was just a car ride I would go w/o hesitation but overseas...what should I do?

my sister plan to get married but not in church cuz her fiance cant make it all the reqrements for the church weddng.. is it okay if i can get a bridesmaid or a flower girl or ring bearer etc. but this is only civil wedding well just look for a place to be held for the ceremony same place for the reception,, just to make it look special and memorable wedding..

My boyfriend and I have been together almost 16 months and I love him deeply, he has 2 very bright little boys in whom I love and cherish. Their mother is a terrible person she abonded, abused and wants nothing to do with these kids and so I treat them as my own. We've lived together almost a year and have bought our own place together. Up until today I was going to have my fiance and I see each other for the first time on our wedding day before the ceremony so we can pictures out of the way since we are getting married and having the reception at the same place. Now that we are in the final stretch (3 weeks to go), I really want to see the look on his face when he sees me for the first time in my dress when Im walking down the isle. The only problem is that if we did that, we would have to take pictures in the same room as our quests because there isnt another place for us to do the pictures. If we did the pictures before hand, after the ceremony my fiance and I would have a few minutes together then get introduced by the DJ and get the party started.. if we do them after the ceremony there will be a lot of down time for our quests. Im really stressing about this so if anyone has suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.
