I think I may use "My Wish" by Rascall Flatts. I feel like the lyrics are what everyone is hoping for you when you first get married.
I hope that the days come easy and the moments pass slow,
And each road leads you where you want to go,
And if you're faced with a choice, and you have to choose,
I hope you choose the one that means the most to you.
And if one door opens to another door closed,
I hope you keep on walkin' till you find the window,
If it's cold outside, show the world the warmth of your smile,
But more than anything, more than anything,
My wish, for you, is that this life becomes all that you want it to,
Your dreams stay big, and your worries stay small,
You never need to carry more than you can hold,
And while you're out there getting where you're getting to,
I hope you know somebody loves you, and wants the same things too,
Yeah, this, is my wish.
I hope you never look back, but ya never forget,
All the ones who love you, in the place you left,
I hope you always forgive, and you never regret,
And you help somebody every chance you get,
Oh, you find God's grace, in every mistake,
And you always give more than you take.
But more than anything, yeah, and more than anything,
My wish, for you, is that this life becomes all that you want it to,
Your dreams stay big, and your worries stay small,
You never need to carry more than you can hold,
And while you're out there getting where you're getting to,
I hope you know somebody loves you, and wants the same things too,
Yeah, this, is my wish.

Stick with the classics of the 50's and early 60's, they are usually very good for the dollar dances (they usually last longer than one song so be prepared)
Try some Sinatra, Frankie Valley and the Four Seasons, Patsy Kline, musicians like that. The songs will be slow and sentimental but not "romantic" so that you dont feel strange dancing with someone other than your husband.

A dollar dance is when a person pays you to dance right??? In my opinion I wouldn't play a slow song because slow is intimate...I would play a popular fun song....think about it if it's popular and fun the more people may want to dance, and that's more money in your pocket :)...Don't know what to recommend because I don't know your style of music :)

"I Just Want to Dance With you" by George Strait
"I Hope You Dance"
Or you can just give your DJ some types of music you like & let them choose. You'll be too bust chatting to notice what's playing. Just nothing too romantic & you'll be fine.
