That if you let the pain from a past relationship close up your heart, you will never find true love. I have been hurt A LOT. The father of my children also my high school sweetheart was abusive physically but we stayed together for 5 years. When I just couldn't take it anymore I left him. Then I met my exhusband. I thought he was the most wonderful man until I found out he slept with his ex girlfriend and she was pregnant with his child (right after I miscarried of his kids). I was through. I was so hurt that I didn't ever want to love anyone. But I met my fiancee. He is the most wonderful man I could have ever possibly asked for or dreamed of. We both believe we are each other's soul mate. We are each other's bestfriend. We both love the people we have become by being with each other. He has helped me refind myself. We have the type of true love that some people search their whole lives for and some don't ever find it. He is truly my blessing.

To truly know what Love is, and how to Love someone... you must be intuned with who you are. If you don't have yourself together, there is no way... you can committ yourself to someone. I learned that you have to be patient, and respect what they guy is feeling. Don't try to rush into something so quick, you forget the meaning of how things are really supposed to be. Enjoy the time you have with that special person, and acknowledge the fact... that there is nothing wrong with Loving him unconditionally. You learn through the mistakes and you learn through the problems... but in the end you should know what you want, and who you want to be with. And when you do find someone to Love, make sure it lasts forever!

Love has to be forgiving and open, because people do make silly mistakes. Love is knowing when fighting stops being constructive. Love is giving more than you take. Love has to be unconditional most times. Love can sometimes be a four letter word. Love can be abused. Love is hard work. But most of all, love makes it all worthwhile.

three rules: 1) Women don't like nice guys. They prefer a*holes.
2) They want stability. Most notably money.
3) They want sexual satisfaction. Gotta bring it.
Someone I know verbalized what us guys think about women and I started to laugh. But then, I thought about it and I realized it was true. I thought, "Damn*, well there goes the idea of romantic love, right out the window."

It's devious, tricksy, malicious. Then again, it's exhilarating, soul-lifting, life-brightening.

It manipulates the chords of the heart, mind, and soul until life seems a tangled labyrinth.

It's evil, but kind.

It can be the finest and worst thing to happen to you. Good love feeds you and gives endlessly, bad love starves you and constantly takes away from you.

It takes time, work, lots of patients and communication. It shouldn't be rushed and in my case it wan't searched for, it just came.
