For a wedding of about 200 people, I am debating how to dismiss the congregation at the conclusion of the service. Would you prefer to have the ushers dismiss by row (it can get tedious) or would it be better for the officiant to simply announce before the recessional that the service has concluded and they are invited to join the reception line in the foyer? It's a semi-formal day wedding but not terribly rigid to the rules. I'm leaning towards having the ushers dismiss them by row. What do you think?

i am 22 and will be graduating from college in may 2008. i attend school full time and also have a part time job. i have been engaged since jan but am having a problem choosing my wedding date. i would love to get married over the summer but am wondering if this is the best finaincal discission. my mom is still helping me out but once i get married she will be unable to help me financailly. should i want until after i graduate to get married or should i go for it and figure out the finances later?

My brother is getting married in a couple of weeks, and I am stumped for an idea for a gift. I would like to get something useful, as they are both very practical people (especially with money), but since it is my only sibling, I would also like it to have a personal/meaningful aspect to it as well. I was curious if anyone had any ideas to share. I need some inspiration! I am trying to find something somewhat unique too (no picture frames or clocks). They are very adventurous and love the outdoors as well, so I was going to try and incorporate that somehow. I know, it's a lot of information, but any ideas/anecdotes of past gifts might trigger some ideas. Thanks so much for any help!!

We are having an Irish wedding ceremony and reception. I am trying to make wedding favors for the guests. Our budget is low. I have lace that I will cut into circles and tie with green ribbon. Inside of each circle I wish to place a piece of Ireland for 80 guests. What is the best irish tea bags in ireland that I can order over the internet. What is the best hard candy that would be wrapped individually. Are there any irish websites or suggestions from anyone living in Ireland that can help this bride. Is it ok for a Qunice girl to have only 6 males at her side and no girls? Or are girls and guys required.

Note: I saw a quince girl with only 6 guys, and none of them wanted to be with her. No girls were present. Is this Usual?
