Is it normal for bridesmaid not to receive any part of "goodluck" money given to one of the other bridesmaid who opened the door for the groom? There were 8 bridesmaids.

I have read a lot of replies to my inquiry and I am beginning to feel guilty. Perhaps I am being too hard on my friend. After all she only asked me to do her pedicure and give her a foot massage.

I realize everyone is upset and it certainly was humiliating, but wouldn't you do the same thing if asked or told to do it. It is just a foot massage.

I live in Pakistan I have girl friend she loves me very much and I love her very much too I don’t want to see her in problems. Actually she belongs to a established family and lives with her parents in the capital of Pakistan and I belongs to a very poor family and doing job in Government sector as an Assistant on the salary of Rupees 8000/- per months and in the evening I teach maths and physics tuitions (actually I am graduate with physics double maths) in this way my totally per month income is round about 12000/-.

Because I am poor and belong to a very poor family I can’t get her through proper channel and she also knows that it very difficult for me. When I met her last time I gave suggestion to her that please get marry with your cousin because she is already engaged with her cousin since 3 years and according to her family she is going to get marry with her cousin after 2 moths.

Now she is saying to me that “I cant live without you and your love please pick me from my house forever I cant live with my family they are cruel” if I say no to her then she consider me that I am not fair with her and I am cheater. Actually I am afraid to pick her because she belongs to a very strong family……………..

Please give me a suggestion I am very worried about it…………..

PLEASE THIS IS ONLY FOR SERIOUS PEOPLES.

Let me give you a little background first. My finacee and I have been together for 8 years now. We started dating in high school. We have a 4 1/2 year old son together and we are getting ready to buy house. And we are getting married. We are in a disagreement about a wedding plan I wanted to know what everyone thought. I really want to have my dad walk me down the aisle. But I also thought I should have my son go down on the other side of me. If my dad is going to give me away I think my son should also have the chance to do the same. He could say I do after my dad or say nothing at all. Then have a ringbearer because my flower girls are twins. But he wants our son to be the ringbearer because he doesn't think walking me down the aisle is incorporating him into the wedding enough. Any ideas?

I really mean it. How come it is always brides and grooms featured with the brides $40K dress and $1000 shoes. 90% of brides can't afford that kind of get up. Why don't they get realistic married couples with simplicity?

Would it be rude to just have a bride & groom dance and to not have specific parent or bridal party dances? Do you think our parents would be offended?

Not remotely interested in fake tanned male strippers or dressing up in tacky costumers with learner plates attatched to a vail. Something fun but not cheesy, any ideas?

I've been with my boyfriend for about a year, and we're completely in love with each other, we're planning on getting married and moving in together this year after we finish school. But his mother is driving me CRAZY! She absolutely hates me! And I haven't done anything wrong to provoke it, she tells my boyfriend that I'm possessive and clingy and she's never even spoken to me! Every time I'm at her house she doesn't even acknowledge I exist, and if I say hello or anything she completely ignores me! She talks badly about me to my boyfriend even when she knows I can hear her! I don't know what to do, I'm really shy and sensitive so I can't even bring myself to stick up for myself. This is really bothering me, and I don't want to break up with my boyfriend, but I don't know how to fix things with his PSYCHO mother!

boyfriend proposed a month ago but had no ring at the time. current financial situation meant we bought a £5 silver cubic zarconia ring from argos, just meant to be temporary. but i'm thinking, is keeping this ring all that bad? i love it and really, does it matter if it's some expensive white gold carat diamond? i'd feel awful if i lost it and i really am happy with this one. advice please!
