Ya' don't give much info' re: ya' wife...Her interests, age, etc.???
I'd suggest a massage, pedicure/manicure, visit to the hair dresser, etc.
Topped off with a very romantic dinner and, if possible a visit to a Fantasy Suites Hotel!!!

Or get her one of those 3-stone anniversary rings (past, present, and future), watch your wedding video together (or look at your pics), and write a renewal of your vows to her to read to her, telling her how much you've enjoyed being together and are looking forward to the future together. Include little things like how cute she looks when she's sleeping or how comfortable you feel when you see her handwriting on a little note she's written you or things like that. It'll be sweet and she'll LOVE it--just explain to her why you fall in love with her all over again every day.

I say send her out for a day of shopping and while she is gone straighten up the house and have her favorite meal cooked or delivered. Have some pretty flowers on the table- doesn't need to be roses and a small token of your appreciation to her. This can be something that she has really been wanting or something that she likes.

Go to a place like Things Remembered. They have really cute gifts that they will engrave. You can have something really sweet engraved on it and it will mean a lot because it is personal. Good luck and congratulations!

hot air balloon ride, free house cleaning, a puppy, a fountain for the garden set up during the night or take her out for dinner and have it installed while out....a bicycle built for two...dang should print this and leave it on hubby's pillow!
