I think I get what you mean.. you want a wedding dress but you are going to use it for a concert? That would be more like a costume then..

If you want a wedding dress to wear to a concert I wouldn't buy an expensive one.
Go to a second hand store and shop around. They have older version and newer looking ones you can either have lightly altered or even colored for whatever affect you want.
The dress will be one thing but if you add gloves and a good hair style you can pull off almost any type of a wedding dress to look great at a rock concert.
Just make sure it doesn't have a long train or if it originally does to get it cut away..
If you are looking for an actually wedding dress that LOOKS like you could wear it to a rock concert but is for an actual wedding, just keep looking in mags for the type of dress you want. Pick up any wedding mag . Anything with a lot of lace would be nice.. again, gloves and hair style is really want will pull it together.

Design your own. Go through old magazines and find all of the dresses you really like on your favorite rock stars. Look at things like MTV Music Awards, VH1 Awards and the like, these tend to be edgyer. When you have your pile of pics, start going through and deciding what you like best about each dress. Then you can find a dress designer, for about the same or cheaper than a traditional dress and have your own unique gown. What a better way to showcase your style. I designed my brides maid dresses and they turned out great and ended up cheaper than the off the racks or ordered dresses. Good Luck
