I know you are doing goth and all, but I think it's highly disrespectful to both the people buried their and the institution of marriage.

The people buried their, along with their families deserve respect and peace, throwing a party which is what a wedding is, is highly unappropriate.

Also, getting married is a joyous occasion, the graveyard thing is going to completely void that out, Why would you do something to make such a joyous occasion such a sad one?

I would probably come over and smack you if I were burying my loved one at the same time you were getting married there....keep in mind you can't prevent a funeral happening at the same time as your wedding!

Congrats on getting married, but please disregard the graveyard idea!

Graveyards are sacred places. Ask permission first - I know it's not a "goth" thing to do so, but it would be the respectful thing to do.

All I know is that if I walked in on a "goth" wedding on top of my ancestors graves, they would be digging a few new graves to host the wedding party when I got through with them.

Goth Wedding? Nothing says romance and love like the "goth" lifestyle! As if you two will ever stay married for long - why not just shack up - it would be the "goth " thing to do.And don't invite Grandma - poor woman is ashamed of you enough already!!! Yeah - I know who you are - big flippin deal!

Grow Up!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know any graveyards in Ohio, but I am working on writing a book about how to put a gothic wedding together, so if you want any help, feel free to ask me. It will be hard to get permission to do a wedding at a cemetery, so you might want to look for graveyard adjacent places to hold the ceremony.

Rob, have you no respect or shame?
Why would you want to have a wedding on your ancestors graves or friends?
They deserve respect, peace and quiet, just like you would if you were in a cemetery.
Please opt for a movie parlor, or haunted house, or a basement goth style, cemetaries are sacred! Have respect dear.

A graveyard is a resting place, I'm just like the other person who said ,I hope I don't walk up on someone getting married on my anciesters. My nephew got married gothic style a few weeks ago at his mothers home and it was ok, But don't go to the cemetary that un human. It's OK to be gothic .but do it respectable.

I walked into Vivaldi's wintry climate Largo. My kin and bridal occasion walked into Bach's Cello Suite No. a million Prelude and Minuet respectively. We had a solo cellist. This music ought to artwork precise on difficulty this is from the Baroque era (or any music from the era)...close to to to the Gothic era...even inspite of the reality that for the time of protecting with possibility this is not what you advise by making use of way of Gothic.

I wouldn't suggest graveyards. Depressing, not beautiful. Look for grey stone buildings, during the fall. The castle suggested would be perfect.
