Go to a wedding store and tell them what you want. They could do it for you.

Either wear a black bridesmaid dress of your choice or have a local seamstress custom make a dress for you.
Hot Topic has accessories. Not sure exactly what you're looking for. Claire's has some nice stuff too that is Gothic-looking.

If I were you I would first find the dress style and fit you want. Go try on some dresses at you rlocal bridal shop. Ask them if they have any dyable dresses. If they can dye you one then your search may be over... If not take pictures of the ones you like so you have something to show and then talk to a dress maker. I don't know about you but there is a lady in my area that makes midevil clothing and dresses that type of person would be perfect.
Or you may want to try some of these...

Have it made for you. Then you can have exactly what you want. Wow, a black silk wedding dress, made with lots of layers (like Madeline's dress in Interview With the Vampire). That would be so pretty.

There are plenty of black gowns out there, but not too many with a train. So, if you want a train you'll probably have to have the gown made. Although a good seamstress could probably add a train to a gown. All you have to do is order a black ball gown and extra fabric. Talk to a seamstress first so that you know how much extra fabric to order.
