We are having an Irish wedding ceremony and reception. I am trying to make wedding favors for the guests. Our budget is low. I have lace that I will cut into circles and tie with green ribbon. Inside of each circle I wish to place a piece of Ireland for 80 guests. What is the best irish tea bags in ireland that I can order over the internet. What is the best hard candy that would be wrapped individually. Are there any irish websites or suggestions from anyone living in Ireland that can help this bride. Thank you I am trying to do something unique.

My wife's family is Irish. Maybe you are old enough to remember when common wedding trinkets were matchbooks with the couple's names and wedding date on them. Our favors were these same matchbooks, instead inside was a tea bag.

I believe Barry's is the most popular tea in Ireland, not sure if you can order on line and have it shipped. You can find Barry's tea in Irish shops and ethnic grocery stores.
