I have heard that you should have your family pass along information about where you are registered and that it is not proper to include the information along with your wedding invitation.

What way is correct?

I'm wanting to spend about $100, give or take a little. The couple is in their 20's, just out of college. She is in banking, he is in landscaping. If you have any links to particular items, that would also be helpful. Thanks!

Whe I found out I was getting married, I ,of course, called everyone I knew. One of my old friends (used to be best friends, we aren't very close anymore) had mentioned that she expected to be in the wedding party. I offered to let her be a bridesmaid and she acted quite offended. So, against my gut feeling, I asked her if she would like to be my maid of honor. She accepted and said she would do all the "duties" associated with being the MOH. First of all, she lives 1500 miles away. Second of all, she always has an excuse on why she can't come out to where I live to go wedding dress shopping, etc. First it was a trip here, then there, then somewhere else. She actually had the gall to tell me to wait to do anything until she came out - next year! I didn't really want her to be my MOH in the first place and I know I made the mistake by asking. Can I kick her to the curb?

My best friend won't give me a straight answer if I'm the maid of honor or not. She keeps telling me she wants me to be but feels bad that her other good friend had her as her maid of honor so she says she might make her maid of honor. Should I take part in starting the party planning if she is being this way with me? Here it is September and her wedding is in November and the planning should have started.

My invitation says "you're invited to a Marriage Celebration following a private ceremony". I assume this means I'm not invited to actually see my friend get married. Am I right in being a little miffed? Is it proper etiquette to get them a gift if I'm only invited to the reception?

I have an ex-boyfriend that I was with for 4 and a half years. We went through alot together, but things just didn't work out for us. Now I've met a wonderful man, and we just got engaged. I don't see or speak to my ex very often, but I feel like I should tell him. I don't want him to find out through someone else, but I really don't feel like hearing him whine either.

Okay, my story is I'm engaged to a great girl, but recently I've been having second thoughts. Reason why is because I just a met a new girl at work who is amazing. We connect perfectly and have tons in common. I really like her, but have yet to act on my feelings. I feel like such a bastard because my fiancee is so excited about this wedding and I feel I'm too young to be getting married and if I just met a new girl I'm crazy about then I shouldn't be getting married. I have a hard time saying this to my fiancee, I don't want to hurt her, but I regret ever asking her to marry me. I did it because I felt pressured to by her and my family. I need advice

I know that clarity enhanced diamonds are weaker than regular diamonds. But how much weaker? I have a desk job and I don't do a lot of manual labor. I am looking at a 1.75 ct. enhanced round stone that would be in a 10kt. white gold cathedral setting with a tulip basket. What do you think? Will it last me a lifetime?

I am a bride to be and visited a David's Bridal in my area. I was dressed from head to toe and loved the unique shopping experience. I have never experienced great customer service like I received at David's Bridal. Anyone else have a story to share about their experience?
