I think her wedding dress is the only dress people will want to see her wear.

Her wedding dress is ideally the dress she'll wear for the reception. If she really wants to put on a show, then she can change into a more traditional tango dress. They are slinky and tight, and flare out a little at the bottom. I assume that if she wants to put on a show, then she knows how to tango. In which case, she's probably taken dance classes, and her instructor can tell her where to get real tango outfits.

If she wants a traditional white wedding dress, but doesn't want to change into another dress at the reception, there are many versatile styles out there. She could try a shorter length, detachable trains, side or back slits, trumpet or mermaid styles, a two piece so that she could change the skirt but not the top, or a style where it has a longer accent skirt that's removable over the shorter dress.

If she can't find anything she likes, maybe try a salsa dress in white. It wouldn't be traditional, but she could still have the "wedding" look with the right accessories and style.

A traditional dress would not be the way to go. Try a more fitted dress. If you search the ned and Google spanish dancing uniform you might find something.
