i'm getting marred this weekend and i'm nervous about it, it will be my second and i don't want it to turn out like my first.

I truly believe that second marriages are better. I got married for the second time to the same man I married the first time, and things are much better than what they were before. It takes a lot of open communication, honesty, and trust in a marriage. Also putting God first in your marriage will be helpful and basing your marriage around Christ. He'll help you if you ask him to.

its like this ... when you run away from the first marriage then that will happened to the second one ... its like whatever you do .. you must stand up against problems and always be together what ever happend ... marraige is not a game in our country .. there is no sexcond ... we take marrigae as a jail ... but we take it with care and trust .. and patience. .
we will hungry if the girls husband will have no more jobs but the girls will work for his family ... girls in our place take only 1 man for life and its a shame if she will have sexcond ... if she will have a new husband that means she dont know how to carry a relationshiop ... so she bettter not get married again ... and its a shame here in our country if a man marries a girl that is not a virigin or was married once ...
pride her on our country is strong , marriage means a lot but love holds betwween them ... love here is so strong that it can carry a marriage into 40+ years ... thats what love should be ...

For my husband and I, yes the 2nd time is much better. We had made our mistakes the first time around and by the time we met we both really knew what we wanted as well as expected from marriage and life. We met and talked and knew right away that we were right for each other. We have been married for 8 1/2 yrs. now and it keeps getting better.

I'm getting married for the second time in December of this year. My best friend was married for the second time seven years ago. It seems to me that the second time around is MUCH better.
Many times, I think you are more mature and you know what you want and do not want in a relationship. This translates into better relationships.

It depends. If you have honestly taken stock of what caused your first marriage to end (YOUR part in it especially!), and you use that knowledge to keep from making the same mistakes again, then yes, your second marriage can be much better.

I'm actually marrying a guy thet was married before. It's actually pretty good because you know that he knows what he wants. You will be fine. My mom was married before and had two children. She met my dad after her divorce and they have been married for 33 years and my sister ( I don't consider her 1/2 sister ) is fantastic!!!!!! Remember what you learned from your 1st marriage and enjoy the rest of your life!!!!! Good luck this weekend!!!!

all i can say is that you will never know until you are in that situation.. no use getting afraid, anyway life is really a risk and what matters is how u take whatever life brings... no use looking back at the past.. all u can do is to hope and believe that this time will be better.. have faith and just enjoy your newly married life
