If you hated your wedding pictures would you retake them?

Ok, it is tradition for the bride to give the groom something on their wedding day and the groom to give to give the bride something.... Usually the Maid-of-Honor gives the groom his and visa versa. My problem.... I want to give him something really special and unique but not too expensive. Any ideas?

I have found some great deals on ebay such as bouquets, tulle, and aisle runners...and a lot more. It seems like a cheap easy way to get some things and save some money, my maid of honor thinks its a bad idea...now im not sure if i should or not?

My sister is deeply ofended because I did not ask her husband to be an attendant. I have asked both my sisters to stand up for me and we have asked my brother to stand up for my fiancee. Did I make a mistake by not asking him?

Do you think a tux would look better with this dress or just black dress pants, a white dress shirt and a black tie? We're having a wedding in July and I don't want the guys to roast if they don't have to, but I want us all to look right together.

I don't need to learn what is LOVE from others (friends, family, books, history, etc.). You can teach me anything in life except love. Don't tell me who I should or shouldn't love. Likewise, it's my life, I'm my own destiny, I'm the love, I define love whatever I feel in my heart.

Do not be influenced by others, live the life of love and happiness to the one you love.

Everyone has this freedom, freedom of love. No one can teach you, but need to learn it yourself and learn it with your lover, no one else but her!

Remember, all of your answers are the BEST!

I'm getting married by a Justice of the Peace on August 19th. I would like to let my friends and family know that we "finally" did it, what is the proper ettiqute for sending out this type of announcement. We're not going to have a reception or anything until next year, (if at all) but I still want everyone to know. (And hopefully send cash! :-) > LOL

My daughter , who was estranged for a while, is getting married. I want to write something nice in a card to wish her a better life now. She has two children (not by who she is marrying ). I do not feel especially close anymore but want to write something nice.

Okay, I'm not sure what to do but I really really love my boyfriend. We've been living together for the past year and I'd be more than happy to marry him. He's told me he has "plans" for me too, when we've talked about marriage..But we've only talked about it in short, brief, sort of teasing conversations. Nothing overly serious. Nothing saying that Yes, I do want to marry you one of these days, or sometime soon. Should I just randomly burst to him "Hey, I really would love to marry you" or...something like that? Or should I just be patient, wait, and pray it happens. It's really stressing me out. Help!

it seems awkward if i say anything, and would lead to all kinds of conversations i dont want to have, should I just not show up for the wedding, and let them have a good time at the reception atleast? Her parents paid for it, so it's not like I'd lose anything that way.

Okay gonna do the eloping thing. I have a huge family. I just don't want the hassle of a huge wedding, but would like my mom, dad and a few very close siblings to come. We are going to give everyone a weeks notice so that way the ones who really want to be there will do what ever it takes to come. Here is my question. Am I obligated to buy dinner for everyone afterwards? The way I figure it about 30-40 people will come. I know it would be nice but very pricey.
