Me and his uncle are friends and roommates and until a few days ago, we all lived togethrt as one happy family. Me and my ex broke up 2 days ago when I found out he's a cheating bastard. He recenntly moved in with us cuz he didn't have a place to live, and when he moved in, he was already cheating on me. I just found out. Now he acts like its his house(its mine and his uncles), and he seems to get off on being a slut and thinking I don't know. He'll giggle when he gets text messages and stuff like that. He doesn't think I know. I broke up with him a couple days ago but I've been getting pissed off now and I wanna smash his guitars. He's not there alot of the time. Should I stoop? They are pieces of crap guitars anyways.

This girl at work asked me out and then 3 days later after not seeing her (i was off) she came up to me today and told me that "i think we should be friends right now, and maybe go hang out in a group sometime outside of work... i really like you but not like 'that' right now, i hope you understand." I think she did this because she did just end a very long term relationship with a guy about 5 months or so ago. Maybe she is not ready to move on. However early in the day and week she was telling all my coworkers how much she liked me and how we act when alone: (it got back to me by word of mouth). Is she just attention seeking? does she like to see a guy chase her and let others watch it develop into nothing? What was the point of her doing this to me? Do you think there is a chance that maybe later down the line she will change her mind after we get to know each other better? Im just very frustrated with the whole sitiuation right now, becuase she got my hopes up for a little bit there

Guys, what are the characteristics of the Girl Next Door (type)? And how do you feel about her? Is she the girl you're *willing* to date, but *want* another type?

PS--I understand that ppl. aren't quite so neatly confined to "types" and such. But when taken generally, these terms can serve as shorthand for descring similarities among people we know.

My girlfriend broke up with me a few days ago. Normally I can take rejection fairly well. This time is different. I really thought we had something special. Our relationship was just beginning (about 2 months), and I really saw us together for a long time. She broke up with me for the dumbest reason (that we were too different because we like different music) and I KNOW it was because she was in the middle of changing medication and that is messing with her head. When I am around my friends I feel ok, I can deal with it, but when I am alone I feel physically sick. She is the first girl I felt a connection with in over a year, and I feel cheated that it ended so abruptly. I wish I could talk to someone who could give me REAL advice, because my friends arent making me feel any better. Im a college student and therefore broke, but does anyone know a way I can talk to a theropist or something for free?

please help!? ok, this guy i like, F, is pretty nice, and not that bad looking. about a month ago, he started sitting at my art table (yeah i know this sounds so retarded...). we got talking and stuff, and he has a decent personality! he asked me to go one of his wrestling matches, and to play this video game w/ him, he said we could be the "best team" even tho i told him i suck at video games :P he said he'd teach me. so, i thought maybe he was interested in me. my friend chatted with him online, and she said he said i was pretty and nice. "yay" i thought. then his friend, J, who supposedly used to like me, tells F that he thinks i like F. J says that F says "gross", not to me, but the "idea of me liking him." why would this happen? my friends say that J said that b/c he still likes me. however, the next day, F did not sit at my table in art. guys...what does this mean?! he tells one girl that i'm nice and all, and then "gross" to his friend 3 weeks later.

ive been with my bf for over 2 months, im a virgin he's not, hes slept with 4 other girls before me (all gf's, sometimes without protection), im ready to have sex so is he and no he hasnt pressurized me or anything.. ive given him oral and ive had no symptoms of STDs, and hes had no symptoms of havin std's either (i know some std's show no symptoms) im jst slightly worried about how many girls he's slept with, and we will be using both contraceptives, condoms and the pill.. but eventually we will want to do it with out the condom.. what would you do?

I found a boyfriend. There are certain details why i can say our love is honest. The problem is that we met on internet and never really seen each other. (I saw a photo and stuff, of course...) It has been a month now. He lives abroad, but the country is our neighbor (Slovakia - Czech republic). I don´t need to be told about the risk. last night i hookedup with a guy and i really like him. hes the type of guy that doesnt really talk a lot, but hes gotten a bit better at that whole deal. however we have got a lot in common so that shouldnt really be a problem. anyways...what i wanted to know is how do i know if he is for real or if he just wants "booty"....he has hookedup with 4 girls in the 5 or 6 months that he has been here and has only been with each of them either once or for a week. i dont know if he will be any different with me. how should i act to keep him interested? and what signs should i look for in him to see if he wants me.

So I am 18 and he is 22. I have had a crush on my cousins cousin (He is not related to me at all) for a long time. So there is this guy i often see him but always with a girl, i believe she is his gf because he even lives with her but i "think " he likes me im not sure though since this girl is always hanging around him like a satellite. this girl looks at me and some of his friends look at me too but i wonder why he seem interested if he is already with someone. My parents don't let me go to a movie or to a party or anywhere with guys much less date them. I really like this guy (he is so sweet and awesome) but I know that I can't like him beacuse there is no chance that my parents will let me go out with him.

He asked me out to the school dance but I couldn't go {babysitting} so I said no and told him why (that mad me sad)

then the next day at school he asked me out yes or no and I said no but I didn't tell him why

now my friends are all snobbing at me that i should give every guy a chance

I'm so sad :(

I was talking to him on msn about me not having time to see him before new years eve, and he suddenly said he had to go and get a shower before his nightshift at work, and left without saying bye properly.

After he'd left, I noticed his myspace mood was set to "miserable" and he'd left a comment on his profile saying "wait so no one cares.... SOLD"

Whats that supposed to mean? (the SOLD bit...?)

I go with a white russian boy... he's very spoiled and his parents have alot of money. He is 20 years old but he acts like a 5 year old child LITERALLY! I have to tell him to quit talking so much, and quit actin like a dumass Jessica Simpson BC he is so damn dingy! He doesn't use a rag when he showers, his room is disgusting and he talks me to death, and compliments me on everything i do! Im cussin him out all the time, he lets me use his car whenever I want, and when his parents aren't pissed off at him, they keep his savings account open so I can spend as much money as I want! Truth is I can't stand him the only thing I like to do is use his money and his car, and smoke the weed but thats it! I try to avoid sex as much as possible, I give other guys my number right in front of him and he doesn't even realize it BC he is so damn dumb!
