My parents don't let me go to a movie or to a party or anywhere with guys much less date them. I really like this guy (he is so sweet and awesome) but I know that I can't like him beacuse there is no chance that my parents will let me go out with him.
He asked me out to the school dance but I couldn't go {babysitting} so I said no and told him why (that mad me sad)
then the next day at school he asked me out yes or no and I said no but I didn't tell him why
now my friends are all snobbing at me that i should give every guy a chance
I'm so sad :(
there is no way for me to reach him (winter break)

The guy will just have to learn to live with disappointment. You need to do what's right for YOU and you don't really need to give explanations to your friends.
However, it may help your close friends understand you if you DO tell them why you have acted so.
If you get a chance to let him know when winter break is over, perhaps it'd be nice to tell him so he knows it's not something bad about him. Do it discreetly.

Tell him that you DO like him, but explain why you can't go out with him. Assure him that you want to be good friends, and hopefully things can go up in the future. Good luck!
