this guy was head over heels for the gurl!!!! she broke up with him to go out with another guy then he found out from SOME ELSE that she cheated on him while they were together!!!!! Its like whenever she gets dropped from other guys she runs back to him!!!!!! WHY WOULD HE TAKE HER BACK!!!!! am i missing something!!! WHOA!!! She tried so many times to get him back but he wouldnt give in!!!! then she would go to another guy and that guy would she drop after a month or so!!!! WHY WOULD HE GIVE IN AND TAKE HER BACK!!!! What, to you, is The Girl Next Door? What are her characterstics? Is she the girl you're *willing* to date although you *want* other types?

I might be this type. I am white (not exotic-looking). Am friendly, but not highly sexual. Age 23. Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies: Biology and Outdoor Recreation. Not trying to sound vain, but I'm happy with my looks and grateful for my body. 24 inch waist. I have a pretty but serious face (even though I'm actually prone to silliness). Long, wavy (sometimes straight) brown hair. From Appalachian Mountains so am *not* the type you'll ever see walking into a club with a $500 purse, strategic makeup, and expensive clothes.

PS--Guys commonly like me. But I sometimes don't know if its in a "you'll do" kind of way or a "Wow. She's great!" way.

okay, here the deal. I met him through my friend Danielle. and we randomly started talking on AIM. As soon as we started talking we both started to like each other. We both tell Danielle and we started off good. Then it just went downhill from there. I ask him to meet me at my locker in school, well he has never done that. Ive only seen him a few times in school and all he saids his HI and smiles. I keep thinking that he doesnt like me anymore because we harley talk on AIM because he never on. Whenever i txt him he might reply with a hi, but will stop replying or wont reply after the first msg and I know he has read it because it tells me he has read it. Also, ive asked him to call me and he always saids he will, but never does and tells me "he forgot". So i thought he didnt like me anymore, but then i had Danielle ask him if he did and he said he still did. IS HE JUST ANNOYED BY ME? or is he lieing to danielle? PLEASE HELP!

We have been living together and I have forgiven his mistakes over and over again.
He is in his 40's and still lives off his parents!
His good points: He loves me and my kids, he can fix things, his family is wonderful and they treat me like their own.
Bad points: He is super lazy. Doesn't have a job. Lives off his parents. He also has illusions of granduer. I can't tell if he is a con artist or just stupid or mentally ill.
I don't know if i should give him another chance. I don't want to lose the handy man!
Oh, and yes. I love him unconditionally, but don't want to be with a loser anymore.

I ask this because I was in a situation once where I basically just pointed out an observation that I had made about someone and it wasn't even a big deal, but the person completely erupted and held a grudge. I basically said that he always made a big issue out of the work that we had to do in the workplace. Another time, instead of judging him, I tried to ignore him because I didn't want to say something mean. But he asked me "why" I didn't feel like talking to him and when I told him that he was annoying, that turned into conflict. Anyone ever encountered people like this? It's a no win situation. Damned if you do and damned if you don't.

We have known each other most of our lives and are in our late 40's. He comes home from work every day and doesn't go anywhere until work the next day so I know he's not messing around on me. My boyfriend doesn't get home from work until 9:30 or 10:30 then he comes home and takes a shower. By the time he's ready to settle down I'm so tired. He gets irritated with me because I want to go to bed and sleep. I get very frustrated when I'm tired so I think I'm snippy at him. Last night at about 11:00 I just wanted to go to sleep. He stayed on the couch and ended up sleeping there. Then when I get up this morning he's all pissed off because I went to bed without him. Then he went out to clear snow and when he came in he was upset that I didn't have breakfast made for him. I can't seem to make him happy. I don't know what to do. He's a wonderful man. I love him to death I just don't know how to get in his head to know what he's thinking. He left for work this morning without giving me a hug/kiss and saying "I love you"......

Im a 28 yr old overweight man, ive never had a girlfriend even tho ive had alot of friends who are girls. I suffer from low self-esteem and honestly dont believe i eat all the time tho people who are slim wont believe me! Sometimes i do binge eat when im unhappy- quite alot! I was very ill last year and even tho my family was around me, i wished i had a love. Even tho i have many friends only 2 visited me. Everyone says i should be a comedian as i make them laugh. People tell me i have a great personality. When i was 20 i had my heart broken by a friend who was close to me, i loved her and she loved me to 'as a friend'! If i had a penny everytime i heard that. She didnt tell me straight away, she returned my feelings and we kissed and cuddled loads but she went off with someone else! There's this girl I like and she keeps teasing me and our conversations increase over time. We're involved in many school stuff and she often does funny things like pointing out her tongue to me and doodling on my paper. She's kind to me too and often treats me differently. Sometimes pretending to be mean. And a few times she was teasing me, her friends were just smiling knowingly.

I don't know how she feels though. I told her last year but she said she just wanna be friends. Now some things have changed I believe.

There's this other guy who likes her too. They don't talk often but she responds to the convos that he started. He was planning a group hanging out last week but somehow was cancelled. A few times like that too.

Today me and that girl and others had a students council meeting and she was holding her handphone, then her good (a girl) friend just grabbed her phone from her and she immediately told her friend to give her back and said it was a text from her tuition teacher. I text her pretty much too for the past few days, although a lot are about this students council stuff.

Does it - her friend grabbing her handphone - mean she likes that other boy who likes her? But that friend also teases her about me sometimes.
