I ask this because I was in a situation once where I basically just pointed out an observation that I had made about someone and it wasn't even a big deal, but the person completely erupted and held a grudge. I basically said that he always made a big issue out of the work that we had to do in the workplace. Another time, instead of judging him, I tried to ignore him because I didn't want to say something mean. But he asked me "why" I didn't feel like talking to him and when I told him that he was annoying, that turned into conflict. Anyone ever encountered people like this? It's a no win situation. Damned if you do and damned if you don't.

No matter what anyone says, we all judge others. It sounds crazy but its true. Most of the time we don't judge as a way to be mean, we are comparing ourselves to another. I recommend just carrying on very simply conversations with this person. A lot of hi how you doing, how was your weekend. kind of stuff.

I trust you. yet I additionally think of Christians could desire to be somewhat greater delicate while speaking to human beings approximately sins. after all, someplace at sometime we've all been accountable for a few sin. by means of ways, what's your place on "herb"? If I have been to eat "organic" brownies at a bible learn could you rebuke me? in case you probably did, i could get all Biblical on you and clarify how that's completely suitable to God. the element is that individuals's (which incorporate Christians) understanding of God's standards is fairly shakey and for this reason in maximum situations rebuking/judging must be prevented.

Here's the thing, people like that are sensitive to certain comments, they easily take things u say as offensive and tends to hold grudges. Another thing is instead of ignoring him when he was angry at u for judging him is that u should've talk to him (man2 man). One thing i always remind myself is the saying "never judge a book by it's cover" that saying is so true, you'll never really know someone if u don't take time to. Its like u'll never know if a book is boring unless u read it.

Yeah, really hard to deal with. But I think you did the right thing. Just say as little as possible, and if he asks point blank why, tell him you're trying to avoid conflict with him. The fact that he explodes at that answer won't be any indication to him that you're right, which proves how clueless he is. Don't worry, he'll blow up at the wrong person at some point, and then he'll be gone.

So he makes a big issue out of the work
So he makes a big issue out of the rain

So the next person to you doesnt make an issue of anything
And the person next to that one loves blue and green

Why cant you just let people be what ever they are and be glad that you are the way you are and hope people let you be you too.
