I am 15 years old and i want to take this girl out that i like
but every where i wanna go is to expensive. any ideas where i could take her out?
she is also 15.

Take her out somewhere you are sure she will find interesting. What does she like? Walks in the park? A zoo? A wildlife center? Feed some ducks, that's fun for the price of a loaf of bread!
In almost every town & city there are strange & interesting places to visit that most of the people who live there are not even aware of... Find yours!

Since every where you wanna go is expensive. Take her to a beautiful or nice park and have a picnic. If you know what she likes, its a good idea to pack it. Like make a lunch or whatever and have it already set up. Then say you have a suprise and when you're almost to the spot, ask her to cover her eyes. Then guide her the rest of the way and when there tell her to open them.
That would be romantic and she'll LOVE it. Girls love that kind of stuff. Especially since the guy took their time to do that for them and that tells them you care.

Take her where she wants to go. Look for hints. Listen to her carefully and get clues what her special joys are. A nice movie and dinner are perfect. If it is within your budget go to a nice amusement park like 6 flags over Texas. I think you would be safe to go to a Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum or a wax museum. If you have an observatory in your city consider that.
If you want to be conservative, I would say go to a nice restaurant, and then consider renting a movie and watch it together and enjoy the time and know she will be pleased.
It is up to you what you do, but depending on your budget, there are a number of things you can do. If you want to be retro and romantic then a nice walk in the park, to a zoo, or even just walk around and see your town, city, or municipality and see what it has to offer. Many cities have free entrance or low admission fees to go to museums. Not only is it cultured, but it is interesting and can be fun.
Of course bars, lounges and strip clubs are out if you want be decent and reasonable. The people who go there are those insecure with themselves. If they want to enjoy a crowd and drink and have a good time then sports bars can be a good place to start. It is up to you and your conscience.
Well, that is my idea of a good time. Now you have to make a decision and go with it and hopefully she will be delighted with your choices.

You have a few different options
1) Ask your parents if they could go out for the night so that you could have the girl over to just watch a movie.
2) Ask the cook in the family (mom or dad) to teach you how to cook something really nice that is also simple, and have the girl come over for dinner.
3) Save your Birthday/Holiday money and take her to a movie that she wants to see. You don't have to make it an evening thing. You could take her to a matinee and then you wouldn't have to buy her lunch, maybe just som popcorn or candy.
Easy as pie.

How about bowling. It gives you to a chance to have some real fun and talk and get to know each other. They even have cosmic bowling I am not sure how expensive it is but they have "dancing lights" and great music. It is usually later in the night on Friday and Saturday.

hmm, well i guess that kind of depends on her parents' limits?
i mean if she has strict parents then you would want to take her out in the afternoons or evenings. and that could be a lunch and a walk around the park. but if her parents don't really mind, then take her somewhere special at night, watch the stars, sit somewhere o.O yeahhh... and check the weather XD

Picnic. Bring a blanket and a kit, or the stuff to make a kite. Girls don't care where you take them, as long as you planned it out. So anywhere can be perfect if there's a reason to be there and you thought about it first.

If you have a High School Play they are normally not expensive.
A walk in the park, but don't go at night.
Do you have a local Zoo? How about a museum?

Cinemas, maybe out for a meal, just a day in the city going around the shops?
The best things are usually free, find a nice place to lie and talk to her, it's amazing trust me ;)
