This guy at school flirts w/ me. And so I flirted back. And he gave me his email. But I still do not think that he likes me. I like him but how do I know that he likes me? And if u can tell me that he does or does not already please do!
I know the flirting kinda sounds like he would. But I am not in a lot of his classes so IDK if he is a big flirt.

As a guy, I can tell you this: We don't flirt unless we're interested. The question is: What is he interested in?
It's very possible that he likes you and wants to go out with you, or at least get to know you better (He wouldn't have given his email address out if he didn't have at least SOME interest).
However, it's also entirely possible that he thinks you're attractive and only wants a physical relationship with you. Guys can be like that sometimes.
I'd advise you to just use the email address and keep flirting with him. If he keeps it up, you'll soon see what he's interested in because he'll either ask you out or suggest you two spend more time together or something similar.
We guys aren't that complicated...lol.
EDIT: And no matter what some of the ladies here may say, DO NOT JUST ASK HIM! This will intimidate and scare most men because he may just be testing the waters. If you come out with "Who do you like?", he'll think you're being too pushy.
Just let him come to you. Trust me, if he's interested, he will.

Idk...i would say to just ask around about the "big flirt" thing. Friends can ask more questions because it is not them who likes him. Also, just get to know him better...talk to him and find out for yourself if you even like him.. i know you think you do, but you can't really know unless you really know him and it doesn't sound like you know him all that well. Ok first, you're the only one who can know if you like him, don't you think? Maybe you're confused but you need to think deeply about your feelings.
Second, you have to know him better. As you've said the flirting doesn't mean he really likes you. Look for signals that tell you he's interested in you.

Email him and talk to him a little more. Even if he is a big flirt I doubt he would flirt with you if he didnt like you. Get to know him and see. My guess is he like you.

Try emailing him and take it slow. Get to know him first ,then if he asks you out your all set. If he doesn't, then you take the first step and ask him out. Most guys need to work up time and nerve just to ask a girl out. Trust me, I have a brother. Once you get to know him, it won't seem so forward if you do ask him. Don't stress about it. okay it depends some guys flirt for fun so you have to give more details because emkails are easy to give. example you go to a chat and ask a person you dont even know for the email and they give it to you. you have to talk to him more and watch him how he reacts with other girls so then you can compare him good luck

sounds like he likes you to me...
if he's typically sort of a shy guy, (like not a big shot or anything) and he's shy around you, then he likes you. Or if he's just hanging around you and talking a lot.
email him back!!! start with normal conversation, make sort of a friendship, then ask him out!!! good luck!

only one way to find out. send him e-mail and begin a friendship with him, see what happens. he probably does want to get to know you better or he wouldn't give e0mail address. who cares if he flirts a lot, enjoy a new friend if nothing else.
