im sixteen and i've liked this guy for a year. we just recently became boyfriend and girlfriend. but my mom and dad kinda banned me from being in contact with him. AT ALL note we haven't ever EVEN KISSED BEFORE. so that should answer your questions.
I just wanna know...what should i do...should i go behind their backs and talk to him? or should i sit back and crY ?!?!

I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and I would like to know if I can legally use my common-law husbands last name. We have two children together and feel our decision to have children together signifies our commitment together. Neither of us are religious (in the conventional sense) and feel getting married would be more for the sake of people other than ourselves. The law labels us as common-law because we live together and have children together, so we don't need to get married for that reason either.

What I want to know is - can I legally use the same surname as my husband and children - I want to hyphenate it with my surname but don't know if I need to legally change it, change my Id, etc...
My eldest starts school next year and people already address me by this name so I figure I may as well use it.

i had a blind date about 6 mths ago, date went good but on the way home we had a car accident. i ended up with alot of injurys that will be there for the rest of my life. we have been seeing each other since then, just for sex only. and that was the plan befor the accident. but now since i was hurt and his insurance company is screwing me around i got an lawyer. now the atty wants me to sue him. but i dont want to put him in that position and burden and the atty knows i dont want to sue him, and i told him that i cant sue him. in the mean time we are still seeing each other for sex only, but i found out that he is chasing another woman, but still having me be with him. i found out that this girl isnt that intrested in him.(he dont know that i know it), but he told me that he needs sometime to think about things befor we can go any futher.

My 8 year old cousin is having a fieldtrip with her class. Her teacher was my 3th grade teacher. I really liked her, and i have not seen her in the last 10 years. I am also going on this fieldtrip. When my cousin told her i was going, she actually remembered who i was. So yeah, this weekend, we are meeting again but i am not sure what i should say in our conversations. When you havent grown up with him, or even really known him, except for pictures. If I were to meet him in a club or a store not knowing hes my cousin, I would fall in love with him. He loves me back after 30 years of not even knowing or seeing eachother we fell in love and neither one of us have ever had these type of feelings for anyone. Its weird I know. But wrong? How can something that feels so right be wrong? My husbands ex wife is using my husbands criminal history from almost 20 years ago against him. They share other children together and everytime he goes to court for visitation she uses his past history. So he does't get to see his other children. Child Protective Services is very familiar with her, because she always calls them and makes complaints and alligations against him. His criminal past deals with a sexual charge, in which at the time he was about 19 years old, his girlfriend was about 16, the parents didn't like him and pressed charges, he was scared and took a plea bargain. He served his time of a few years, and was released. He is not on Megans Law or any law of that sort. But his ex keeps using his past in every court case that they have. What do we do?

I have been with my boyfriend for the past 5 years. I'm at a point where I no longer am in love with him as I feel he has no real goals set in life. About 2 months ago I met a young man, he's 22 years old, 4 years younger than myself and he has shown a lot of interest in me. I don't know what it is but I'm feelin this boy, there's just something about him I like. I ended up meeting with him and sleeping with him just 2 weeks ago and it was one of the best encounters I have ever had. I didn't even feel guilty in the end. He was able to please me better than my spouse and everyday he calls to check up on me. I sit here just thinking about how he did me and how i want to do him again. What do I do as I can't stand my man anymore, I no longer want him. The guy i'm messing around with is not someone I can see myself committing to but something about him is right. But I'm confused now.

My fiance told me there is nothing wrong with a married/engaged guy going out for a coffee with a girl if it's business related. Do you think it is right for a married/ enaged man to go out like that? My fiance plans on going back to school. And asked me if I'd get jelouse if he is out with a study partner. I told him if it was a guy he is studying with I would have no problem but if it was a girl I might get jelouse. Then asked me what if a girl sits next to him in class and that she is paired up with him as a study partner? Do you think that is asking for unwated trouble? Last year when were were dating he took pics with 17 year old girls his co-workers and him met at a club in South America while on busines. I was jelouse when he showed me the pics. Because my honey is 37. He said those girls only liked his 20 year old co-worker and he told those girls that they should be in school and nothing happened. But I didn't like him taking pics of teen girls. I am I insecure?
