Surely you know your girlfriend well enough to know what she'd appreciate!? I suggest meaningful gifts that are unique and/or personal whenever it is someone whom you are intimate with.
Significance to your first date together, or something that is
among her favorite likes, or interests, will show her you are paying attention to the little things that are important in her life.
Sorry, but you are going to have to put some thought into this if you want it to be a memorable gift and appreciated for a long time.
