what is the best site to find someone's email?

Free would be great but the least expensive otherwise. I have their first and last name age date of birth and city they live in. What site should I go to if I want their email adress?

I have had the most luck with Yahoo! people finder and switchboard.com

i have seen ppl posts names on here asking if anyone knows, also anywho.com is a good place to go.
